Can't figure out what she is saying

Resident denies any experience with auditory or visual hallucinations

or delusions nor does he evidence any thought tangentiality or

thought ** s/l proseparation**

Thanks, Tracey

That could be perseveration...

The persistent repetition of words and ideas, often found in schizophrenia.

Can't figure out what she is saying

It is probably perseveration: continuation of something (as repetition of a

word) usually to an exceptional degree or beyond a desired point

-- Can't figure out what she is saying

thought ** s/l proseparation**
