Guest guest
Donna, Your test meets counting rule #3 with more than 4 in red. The lithium is low enough to suggest a supplement. Your K/Ca ratio is pretty low. Blood tests may be more informative as to thyroid function. It sounds like your symptoms may fit the four low electrolytes pattern. Taking plenty of Ca, Mg, and Zn should be very helpful. Lifestyle changes can also help. Nice warm epsom salt baths in the evening may improve sleep. Learning some yoga or qigong can help a lot too, as can some breathing exercises. If you use any alcohol, caffeine, or nicotine, those wreak havoc with sleep. > Notes: the high bismuth level is probably from my hairdresser trying > to keep as much hair length on cutting as possible, even though I > tried to explain to her to get only new growth. What helps chelate > bismuth, or do I need to be concerned about this? / Donna Andy says elevations of bismuth are real about 1/3 or 1/2 of the time, so it is worth considering whether this is real. It is best chelated with DMSA along with alkalinization of the urine. --
