I decided to use only 1 product at a time, so for the last week have been washing with my regular wash and using 2 drops of vita-oil. When the oil has been absorbed, I add a small amount of the cure moisturizer on rosacea-prone areas only (my cheeks, nose, chin). I have tolerated it beautifully so far, and my overall redness is much better. (I started doing this during a major flare.) The capillaries I need to have " zapped " are still reddish & I have a purplish area on my chin, but overall, I am quite pleaed with the care Moisturizer. I plan to try adding the serum in another week or so. I will take this very slowly! I hope you have good results, also. Jackie
Guest guest
Chantal, I don't know if they carry these in Canada, but in the USA, at " auto stores " that carry car-related parts, supplies, etc. one can find fold up small " sun shields " that are mesh, so you can still see out the window; they go up in a jiffy with the little suction cups found on one side of the mesh sunshield. I have to use these, as the sun visor that I can pull over to the side window doesn't always do much of a job from keeping the sun and HEAT from blasting the side of my face--one thing about these is that they are soft so you can adjust them wherever to shade that portion of your car window...there's a set of two so the driver and passenger can be " shaded " if necessary! hope this helps, Carol Chantal Jolly wrote: > > Carla, > > I wonder how many people with rosacea worse on the left side live in North > America, or other places where the driver sits on the left side of the car. > Seems to me that a simple explanation is more sun exposure on the left side. > Similarly, I wonder if those in the UK, Ireland & Australia have rosacea > worse on the right side.
