usable B vitamins

How common is it to require the usable form of the B vitamins, like P5P for B6,

folinic acid for folic acid, etc.? I read somewhere (have no idea where now!)

that mercury can inhibit the enzymes required for converting B6 into P5P, etc.

I already suspect sulfation problems (high DHEA, maybe other reasons but too

tired to think of them right now). I am not sure about methylation. I want to

make sure I am able to use what I am supplementing...Probably should get a liver

detox test but rather spend the money getting mercury removed from my teeth.

Thanks,

Olif

Not very, but it is not rare and is hard to determine other than by trying them

if regular B

complex doesn't do anyhthing.

Don't bother.

That's the smart decision.

A bottle each of B complex and coenzymated B complex is a lot less than the

liver detox

test, which won't tell you any of this anyway.
