Guest guest
Hi All, Olif's hair test is number 46 http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html Please have a look an comment. Her history: 1) Fatigue (for 1 1/2 years), multiple food sensitivities, gut dysbiosis, mood swings, brain fog, shyness All basic bloodwork normal. Tests from an ND confirm adrenal fatigue and low neurotransmitter production 2) 5 amalgam fillings, none replaced yet- 4 done around 1986, 1 around 1990 3) Lots of supplements at time of hair test- amino acids with B-vitamins, and some minerals (from NeuroScience to help serotonin, dopamine, etc.), MediClear detox protein shake from Thorne, basic amino acid supplement with molybdenum and MSM (this helped with dream recall, possibly by the MSM and molybdenum helping with acetylcholine levels), cod liver oil, calcium (about 500mg), digestive enzymes, Primal Defense probiotic 4) Just recently added fish oil, about 2g/day 5) 32 year old female- I had detox reactions from the MediClear, which included joint pain. I also had strong cravings for the MediClear (I believe my body knew it needed to detox). I had tremendous energy, strength, and mental focus after one dose of green clay in water. Daily this helped for about 5 days before I started getting detox symptoms- diarhhea, nausea, dizziness. During the summer I craved sweating- again I think this was my body knowing I need to detox. Family history- I have a paternal grandfather with Alzheimer's, so he likely carries the ApoE e4 allele. I might be a carrier as well, which would decrease my ability to remove heavy metals. Both maternal grandparents have diabetes (I think I have seen this connected to the e4 allele). Both parents have northern European heritage (German (with some Native American) and English). Thanks, Olif
