I was taking small amounts of ALA for 3 days only at a low dose... I think I was taking under 50 mg every 3 or 4 hours.... TK--- This is way to much to start with for many people and it needs to be taken [every 3hr] or more often, not every 3 0r 4 hrs. Try starting with 12.5mg or less. it was last year so I don't recall the specifics other than the horrid reaction. When I did glut recently I realized mercury is still at play. TK-- Hg has nothing to do with your glutathione reaction this has to do with sulfer tollerance, metabolism and plasma cysteine levels, glutathione is not recommended in the protocol - please review the protocol so you do not hurt yourself further. If you have questions please ask here before trying something you are not sure of. I never did the ALA/DMSA leg of the chelation the first time so this makes sense. TK--- Some Dmsa may be of benefit while taking the ala but imo if it were me since you do not have reactions to very high doses of dmsa I would try a very low dose of ala to begin with. If the reaction is not tollerable try a lower dose, if still intollerable start with a low dose of dmsa for a day & night 50mg and then add a very low dose of ala 12.5mg or less and see how you do. > > Lourdes " Sal " Salvador
