Guest guest
~ Dad is pretty good today, thank you for asking. My sisters will be here tomorrow, and he is so excited. He will have all his girls here. Ya, the diet I am eating has done wonders for me. I do eat good but bad stuff toooo. That will stop when I get explanted while I detox and all. Well, it will be a way of life. I used to cook tons, but it was chicken fried steak, and lasagna, and mexican foods. Now, I dont. I always had a house full. I havent fried any food in several years. I know when Lynn started the Makers Diet, she started cooking and did well at it. When I do cook, I get recipes off the net, read them then fix it like I want to. Right now I fix what Dad wants and will eat. Hugs DedeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

I had to stop driving due to seizures and and heart attacks and this internal defibrillator I have that has shocked me 12 times......so, I dont even know what is out there anymore. I just liked this mans site, and thought I would share it. This is why I just have to beat all this medical stuff I deal with. When I do, I plan on living healthy and on healthy foods only. Right now I eat salad every day and drink kefir 2-3 times a day, and one more meal of something. Last night it was salad again. I should be a rabbit ! ! ribbit..... ribbit.... Guest guest
Sweetie, here is my story: www.humanticsfoundation.com/dede.html Yes, I am still very ill, and big as a barrell. I have lots of healing to do. My body just shut down sept of 05. ~ Silicone induced Lupus ~ Anyway, my heart is so week I havent been able to have surgery to even fix it. I am hoping that when it is strong enough to have these salines out, that my heart will improve enough that I wont be needing a heart transplant. Dr Kolb said she would do my surgery when I get cardiac clearance. I was working towards that when I had my last heart attack, which was actually v-fib that almost didnt respond to getting shocked with my defib 6 times 830 volts each. Anyway, I was bedbound from end of july til end of October so my heart could rest and strengthen. The very day I was up doing things is the day my Dad came over with his cancer and needing me to care for him. So, anyway, I am taking one day at a time, Dad is having his 4th chemo tuesday. He is 80, and typically very active, so this is really cramping his style. It is also delaying taking care of me, which I believe is God's way of letting me heal longer before I do it. That is a good excuse anyway. Please take care of you, and get tests done for peace of mind and to be sure you arent headed for trouble, like me. Love Dede Start the year off right. Guest guest
~ Being thirsty alot is also a sign that your insulin is not balanced . Mine was off, and they were calling me diabetic, and I started taking chromium and stopped most sugar, and light on the carbs, and it has cleared that right up. Well, last time I had my sugars tested they were good. Chromium deficiency can cause your insulin to make it look like you are diabetic. Love DedeStart the year off right. Guest guest
Im sure that that diet has helped you get to where you are today. I would love for me and my family to eat healthier and know about all these great suppliments and recipes like the women on this site but i honestly have no idea what half of it is. I have about 15 cookbooks sitting in my cabinets that i dont use because i dont know what the ingredients are or where to get them. Obviously i am not big on cooking or i would just ask...lol. Guest guest
, You might enjoy watching some cooking shows just to get acquainted with how you use the various ingredients . . . Some of the cookbooks have basic instructions too. Once you start eating healthy foods, the others will taste like what they are . . . Junk! Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Sunny, here, in Red Deer, AB. Think of all of you often and always in my prayers. I am continuing with my healing journey, post-surgery...will be 2 years in July 2008. Feel SOOOO free without the implants. Ofcourse, neuropathic issues are present...undergoing tests, MRI and nerve conduction test. I'm approaching these health issues with diet and natural means, as I am so reactive to chemicals still. Spiritual strength and family & friend support has been my biggest help. It's difficult for me to keep up with the sight, but need you to know my heart is with you. I love you all and am ever-grateful for finding this site. Love you all and God's blessings upon you, Sunny xoxo > > Oh, honey, turned 60 on the 23 of January, and he is the same age as our Ilena.
