So many people seem to

want to pop a pill (any kind of pill) anytime something bothers us.

Our grandmothers didn’t

take hormones, had natural births and worked through almost any kind of pain

they had. I’m not saying we

need to do that, but many times menopause isn’t all you’ve been

scared to believe. If you can handle

PSC, I promise, you can cope with the big “M” without any pills. Besides, there are several studies that show

hormone’s tend to promote breast cancer. So, why would you want to risk that when

we already have cancer waiting in the background? Say; no to hormones, say; so what to hot

flashes! We are women hear us roar!
