Well, I fell hard off the wagon yesterday. And I mean HARD. We are

talking candy, ice cream, cheetos, pizza, etc...not one thing I had

yesterday was good for me. But that's OK. I think I deserved it

after being so good for a month! So today I am back up and at it. I

ate so much that when I was lying in bed last night I felt so ill.

How did I ever do that all the time before changing my eating

habits???
