Melody,

I'm with you on that one...I too live in a mobile home and the sheriff's department told me we should get out. They are saying the winds will be really strong when it gets here.

I'm staying put and just praying I will be safe. Just don't feel good enough to travel very far.

Found out yesterday that my brother who lives in Indiana had a stroke and has blood clots on his brain. He has had more strokes today. Doesn't look for good for him.

I just don't know if I can handle much more.

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother!! It seems like when it rains it pours :( I'll be praying for him and your family, I know that has to be hard being so far away...and then still being down yourself...ugh!

be sure that anything that can "take flight" is either tied down or put away and hunker down for the duration. How are you looking for water?

, it depends on where the hurricae goes as to whether you

have lots of wind or not. I remember the hurricane in '61. I lived

south of Von Ormy out in the country, so it wasn't terribly far from

where you are. It sure got windy where we were with that hurricane.

I would listen to the sheriff's dep't.

Yes, you can ! Look at all the contests of Melody's that you've

survived! Besides, the good Lord will never give you more than you

can handle with his grace. Just turn you troubles over to Him and

rest in Him. Things may not turn out the way you'd like to see them,

but He will give you the strength to endure the trials.

Melody, if they so go you had better go We can't do with out you. Take care and watch out for that weather. You probably won't have to drive as far as Plainview to get away.
