Sharon--

I had been officially diagnosed for only about 4

months when I began PD treatments. However, I'm fairly

certain that my first rosacea outbreak occurred at age

16. It seemed to go into remission about a year later,

though I always had the pink nose and cheeks and few

blemishes. It worsened again starting about 9 months

before I was diagnosed, with the worst symptoms

occurring about 1-2 months before I sought out PD.

Hope that offers you some perspective...
