short-term memory\sleep

I heard one of you mention that you have poor short term memory (heard, listen

to me, I mean " read " ).

I remember my brother in law telling me when I was pg. with my first, that the

reason new mothers, or expecting mothers have such poor memory is because we are

not getting 8 hours of sleep. Apparently your body needs that long to process

everything you learned that day from short term memory into long term memory.

Since we don't get much sleep, our body never has a chance to process this

information, so it is lost. It would make sense that this could be the same

with fms.
