Andy has said that people with an " all low " presentation do better with digestive support, such as supplementary acid (betaine HCL, ascorbic acid) and digestive enzymes. Also, the toxics may be more significant than they look. (Note for everyone: I believe the latter two comments are not in the book, but can be found in archives). You're Ca/Mg and Na/K ratios are in range. The K/Ca is lowish but still in range - if you have symptoms of thyroid problems, you may want to do blood tests. Na/Mg is low, meaning you are not making enough adrenaline - goes with poor mood and energy. Supplementing tyrosine, TMG, folic acid, B6 and B12 may be helpful. Low Ca/P indicates a fast oxidizer - these people do well with a good amount of fat in their diet and lots of vitamin D. --
