TK--- Yes, and ALA helps with bile production

flax oil.

TK--- no, charcoal disrupts absorbtion of nutrients and would hamper

chelation if it was taken consistently. It would also disrupt the

absorbtion of the ALA you were taking.

TK--- charcoal only helps with ingested toxins. it is helpful for

instance before and after amalgam dental revisions as some Hg gets

swallowed during them. Some people may find it helps them but not

for binding Hg in the GIT during chelation.
