there is is list in our FILES section.. under the GROCERY or

COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS folder...

There are several there, but the best one is from one of our own

members, .

You buy it already grated? Why not buy a

wonderful hunk of real parmeggiano in the deli and use one of those new

fabulous microplane graters? You’ll have such wonderful flavor….

Kids like to grate their own, too! Today I bought a sheep’s milk Romano

instead, thinking I might start eliminating some dairy products. (My guts are

still goofy since going gf. I’m thinking lactose.) A little goes a long

way—better flavor, fewer calories.

I have the cheese counter grate fresh romano or parmesano for me. My

wrists can't manage it at home.

But yes, I do buy fresh(ly grated).
