Guest guest Posted April 29, 2003 Report Share Posted April 29, 2003 Elana, If you are that hungry, I think you need more. Maybe add some fruit or veggies. Maybe some peanut butter with the fruit. It's good you are working on the water and waiting to eat for 2 hours. I do that too. I ask myself before I eat how long has it been, what have I had today and how long is it before it is time to eat? But if you are that hungry, your body is trying to tell you something I believe. If after drinking some water and waiting 10 min, you are still hungry, then go ahead. Just watch the portions. Hope the rest of your day went well.
