When I was looking around for info on Lithium I got this from Andy's book and

from some of his comments on the Onibasu site.

I have never tried Lithium (as we can't get it in my country and I also was not

low), so others that have may know better:

Lithium (Li) Accurately reflects body inventory in Normal Mineral Transport. It

is calming and mood stabilizing.

Very high levels cause hypothyroidism and adversely affects heart.

Low Lithium is common with mercury poisoning and lowers before a counting rule

is met on many occasions. Andy says to supplement when below detection limit.

Take 15-30mg Lithium Orotate (or Lithium Aspartate) per day with meals (usually

buy in 5mg doses and take 3-6 capsules per day)
