This is an absolutely typical progression of side effects during a round and is

not cause for

concern. If they were too icky, use less ALA next time.

Try eating more sulfury foods.

BTW, READ CAREFULLY the description of the sulfur food reaction in amalgam

illnes s- it

starts with feeling good, then you crash and burn for a long time. Make sure

that isn't

what is happening.

Thanks, Andy. I eat alot of sulphur foods so not sure how they

react with me. Something to look into though.
