I will definitely have to make that again...we are having turkey tenderloin steaks on the grill green beans salad bread(but not me- gotta stay away) I have a pan of no pudge baking as I write this. If I feel hungry tonight I am going to treat myself to ONE with 1/2 c lt ice cream. Notice how I said ONE and IF I'm hungry?? Maureen Buffalo Chicken Lasagna 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked 1 lb boneless chicken breast cubed 3 cups lowfat spaghetti sauce 1 cup wing sauce 1 1/2 cups water 2 Tbsp Garlic crushed 15 oz no fat ricotta cheese 1/2 cup egg substitute 3/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese Preheat oven to 350 Spray nonstick skillet and sauté chicken 4 min. Drain well stir in spaghetti sauce and wing sauce and spices. In separate bowl combine ricotta and egg substitute. Spread 1 cup of sauce over bottom of pan. oops spray a 13 by 9 pan with Pam. Arrange 3-4 noodles over sauce. Spread the sauce then layer with the ricotta mixture preheat until all ingredients are used ending with the sauce. Cover and bake for 1 hour 10 min. Uncover and sprinkle with bleu cheese and bake 5 more minutes, Uncovered and then let it stand 15 minutes before serving.
