Guest guest
> Here are the blood results for my thyroid from August 2006: > TSH 1.194 reference 0.350-5.50 (which should be more like 2-2.5 for the upper limit!) > Thyroxine (T4) 7.4 ug/gL reference 4.5-12.0 > T3 Uptake 29 % reference 24-39 FTI is a useless measurement. T3 uptake not useful in this kind of situation, or wiht the rest of the information. Very hard to tell here if there is a probem or not, either get a T3 or preferably free T3 and the FREE T4 they SHOULD order instead of the " FTI, " or just see if your doc wants to try titrating up Armour thyroid or equivalent from a low amount and see if symptoms improve.
