Try 5 mg. Many people have found that they had to start ALA at 5 mg

per dose (including me).

The reaction is most likely from moving metals. Reducing dose reduces

the quantity of metals moving and you will feel better. There will be

a dose that feels comfortable, mild symptoms, and a lower dose with no

symptoms at all.

I´m recovering from very hard problems. I don´t understand why becouse I started

on 3 mg and not feeling well, then raising to 5mg for a couple of rounds (not to

good) then 7,5 mg and finally crashed on 10 (in the second round at this

dosage). Very strange but ok I wait a couple of days to total recover and will

try 3 mg.
