It seems to me you know what went wrong and exercise is the answer. Hang in there, you'll be back in leeway next week. Keep the faith and never give up! Then decide what you plan to do this week. Make it reasonable. and not just about eating..what can you do in the way of exercise??? what can you do in keeping your food journal...what can you do JUST FOR YOURSELF????? it is to be all about you this week. You are # ONE and the most important person of the week. You can do it and then we will work on getting a little lower each week, after we get back in leeway then we worry about going lower. I stayed around 5 below goal for five years, but, these last two years have been really hard. I know I can do it though. Like you said, I just need to put me first and do the things I need to to get back below goal. I did start exercising again today. So....that's a start.
