Guest guest
Why is it that you never miss something, until you know you can never have it again..take cookies for example. There is just something about a delicious warm cookie with a glass of cold milk. Well being a southern woman...I searched a Deens recipes on Food Network and found one for Magical Peanut Butter Cookies: Here it is..I hope it's ok to post this, because I know everyone will love them! 1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy) 1 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 tsp. GF Vanilla Mix Peanut Butter, 1 Cup Sugar, egg and vanilla and stir well with a spoon. Roll the dough into walnut size pieces and place on a greased cookie sheet. With a fork, dip it into sugar and make a criss cross on top of the cookies to flatten. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cookies with some of the remaining sugar. Cool slightly before removing from the pan. a's recipe actually called for spenda, I'll do that for my diabetic step son..I had to have the real thing..wink. Anyways..I hope everyone else likes this as much as I do. For all I know you have already found this recipe..but oh well. I'm practically in tears eating them with a cold glass of organic milk. lol Best to all Kim
