Guest guest
I would like to ask you for information that would help me in the worst dilemma that I ever been in. I have been told that since the insurance company reacted a week after their contractor caused a severe water damage in our home toxic mold grew everywhere. We hired an indoor air quality specialist he informed us that we had stachybotrs-atra growing in three different places in our home. We live in the state of North Carolina where it seems that there is no agency that would care in assisting us. We have gone after our insurance company but they said we're not covered and we should go after the contractors insurance who are dragging their feet. Our home has sat there now for 26 weeks since this event happen and nothing has been done. July 6th until now that mold has most likely infested everything we own. I am severely disabled in a wheel chair, which is electric and I lost all of my ADL's including my chair taking 10 mgs of morphine every hour and these people don.t care and I have four children that my wife home schools and they have lost 6 months of schooling because our school supplies were in the home. Who is going to help us they think they are just going to go in and paint and replace some sheet rock when there are our lives at stack. No one is taking it serious and I lost a $450,000 home. I am a disabled veteran and worked very hard all my life and served my country with my life on the line almost everyday of my job and I thought we lived in a country who cared about there people. Yes I am out of my mind. If you can help, please tell me who gives a damn.
