Guest guest
What you are experiencing is called " mittelschmerz " . It is usually not severe but when it is oral contraceptives are usually given. You may try a breastfeeding friendly pain reliever like motrin when you experience it. Guest guest
- What you're experiencing is quite normal, but I don't think there's any relief for it. You didn't say it was painful, right? If you we're planning a pregnancy, that would be a great time to " get to it " though S. EDD 4/24/

Guest guest
I used to have it before I had kids. I don't remember when I stop experiencing this, or if I've stopped experiencing (been w/o period for 15 months since #2 pregnancy began.) I considered it my warning signal that I was going to menstruate and left it at that. Amy Lynn mother to 1-25-98 and 2-10-

Guest guest
Sounds like O pain to me!! My sis has the same thing OT : Ovulating Pain Any previous moms out there, I lean to your expertise! I have been nursing Cory for 19+ months now and he is still going strong. Before becomign pregnant, I had pretty moderate PMS pains. Now, I have almost no PMS pains or even notice it is coming on. But during my ovulation time, It hurts in my lower left or right side. Like a sharp-dull pain for a day or two then it is over. Any rationale to this? Any cure/exercise to help it? Anyone else experience it? Guest guest
, I definitely have more ovulatory pain since having children. I can feel something from mild pressure to stabbing pains in alternating ovaries each month at ovulation. I chart my cycle so I know that these pains coincide with my ovulation. It is very common. I think it comes from being more aware of our bodies as we get older.
