The phen fen was great wasn't it? Too bad it doesn't keep the weight off though. I was on it for 2 yrs and I actually got pregnant while on it so that didn't help with trying to keep off the weight... needless to say, I gained it all back plus a lot more. I never took my required amount and actually still have a couple of bottles of them packed in a box somewhere. I'm going to have to flush those as soon as I come across them. I have a friend that was on xenical. I kept telling her not to take it cause once she stopped she would gain it all back and it just isn't worth it, but she took it and lost and now that she stopped it she gained all her weight back plus more of course. Guest guest Posted September 10, 2001 Report Share Posted September 10, 2001 Matina, I was the queen of the pills. Once they took my Phen-Phen away I tried Zenical, and Meridia. Neither of them worked at all. For a while I was on just the Phentermine (the blue ones), which worked okay by itself, but all that is is speed. I then tried all the over the counter, Infomercial, and on-line diet aides I could find, everything from , to the Cherry Berry Diet (don't ask!)... Fortunately I found WLS and in 9 short months I look and feel like a new woman... I have a date tomorrow night (not with the fireman), going to Karaoke (sp)....
