It's not too late to give it a go! Anything counts---a new dance, situps, yoga, power walking, jogging...go ahead and try! I'm going to try some new machines at the gym tonight...there a couple with some complicated-looking pulleys that I've always been afraid to try. I'm gonna do it tonight! you can too!
