Guest guest
Hi there, Andy Cutler's book mentions taking different things, including antidepressants etc, and that goes for some different herbs also, maybe for antifungal use or otherwise, alongside taking the usual chelating agents. Many of us have chelated whilst taking all sorts of different things. Some may take St 's Wart for their depression, and at the sametime things for their candida. There does not seem to be any issue with interaction. The only problem I have heard of is when taking ALA and having to be careful of copper, as ALA already increases copper while you take it....not sure of anything else. ALA is just an antioxidant anyway, but happens to be a powerful mercury chelating agent. Hope that helps . > Has anyone chelated w/DMSA & ALA while taking doctor perscribed medications? Or herbs for that matter? > > I take xanax, allegra, flonase, & aciphex. Guest guest
Consider a fiber-rich diet, magnesium citrate or other supplements if you choose to use a tricyclic; they were SO very constipating for me. I had to stop using them. Instead of an antidepressant, look in to using high dose EPA (fish oil) for mood/depression/anger/anxiety. It has helped me greatly. 1- 2 GRAMS of EPA/day for a few months... see if it helps. Nordic Naturals EPA is a good option. I no longer need an anti-depressant after 17 years of dependency. Dr. Stoll (Harvard) published studies using fish oils with depression, bipolar disorder. Interesting reading. Pam > > Has anyone chelated w/DMSA & ALA while taking doctor perscribed medications?
