Guest guest
I recall Andy just posting here recently about his change in opinion with ALA and copper. I think he said enough people have safely used ala with copper toxicity that he's now saying go ahead and use ala. I'll have to dig for the post but his warnings against it were lowered I believe. Guest guest
I had a very bad reaction to ALA in all the rounds even they weren´t at very small dosalge (the last one and the highest was at 10mg/3 hrs) and I´m going to found out if i have copper toxicity (urine test) to avoid ALA if it was true. Are you saying it isn´t matter if I have a copper toxicity to keep on with ALA?. Let me know, please, your opinion on this because thinkes not to take ALA until I know about copper toxicity. Fran. TK- correct, copper is still a concern people with high levels should try and lower. > I'll have to dig for the post but his warnings against it were lowered > I believe. > > Val >
