Copper and ALA

I recall Andy just posting here recently about his change in opinion

with ALA and copper. I think he said enough people have safely used

ala with copper toxicity that he's now saying go ahead and use ala.

I'll have to dig for the post but his warnings against it were lowered

I believe.

TK- correct, copper is still a concern people with high levels should

try and lower.
