Hi Sal,

There is a difference between brands of fish oil that do/ don't molecularly

distill it to remove even trace amounts of mercury. " Nordic Natural's " brand

is widely considered to be safe.

Speaking of fish oil... fish usually contains mercury so is fish oil

advisable for us?
