Hi ,

I tried fibercon chewable tablets recommended by Dr. Reines at NWH they sell

them in orange flavor which wasn't bad and worked great for me. I hated the

metamucil and always got clumped together by the time i could finish drinking

it. I found them to be the cheapest at Wal-Mart.
