Guest guest
, You are in a stressful situation. Since detox is really not an issue as you didn't " pig " out, I would just do the diet again, but in small amounts since you say you are too stressed out to eat. Begin with breakfast. Have a scrambled egg and V8 juice. For snack, maybe a cheese stick, lunch, soup, dinner, salad with meat. Try to eat, even if it is a small amount in regular intervals (You what you wrote, it sounds like it would be difficult to do, but try to force yourself) until your stress level decreases, you get some rest and your body senses that you are getting back into your normal routine. Best wishes to you! > I have kind of... not so much fallen off the wagon because I haven't pigged out but have not been doing the diet for three or four days. We lost a soldier and I have been helping the spouse for the last few days morning til night. I was a nervous wreck and couldn't really force myself to eat and was getting ready to go to the store the morning the notification came in and I was called for assistance so I have sustained myself on very little food and at odd intervals the last few days. I just realized that it is 3:15 and I have yet to eat today but that is the first day I went that long. I am very worried I have sent myself into starvation mode and still have no appetite and I am worried that it will not get much better as we go through the memorial service and everything. I need to get back to eating some sort of real meals and I assume that since I am not having any cravings that I should just start back into phase two, however because I have not really been eating I am thinking my metabolism is going to be in sluggish as all get out mode. Should I make sure I am getting the snacks in to keep me even so to speak? I HAVE been eating non-apprived foods like a granola bar here and there, had a handful of popcorn yesterday for breakfast and things like that. I honestly haven't had a vegetable and maybe one serving of meat for several days and if I had to guess I would say I have not taken in more than 500 calories a day. I have however increased my water intake to obscene levels. I was told stress dehydrates you so that is probably why but I drank 5 16 ounce glasses of water between 6 and 11 last night and then another 3 within the hour after I woke up. Geesh my body is going to be out of whack. What now? >

Guest guest
Now that Mcs is out our only other choice for a fast restaurant is A & W and I am not sure what type of meals they have there. They do have A & W and Kentucky Fried Chicken in the same restaurant so I am not sure if they are safe or not. Does anyone have any experience with these two restaurants? Thank you, Gluten Free makes me feel good and it taste good too!
