We had to fool around then go the dr office. I had mine done at my ob/gyn office. I checked in and then I was waiting waiting waiting. They totally forgot about me. Meanwhile I am sitting there with my legs crossed. The receptionist never checked me in. The test its self is painless. They just suctioned some mucus out. I got the results while I waited. It helps so much to feel like you are not fighting the battle alone and that your doctor is taking a proactive approach in getting you pg. Dh and I walked out of our first consultation feeling very hopeful as well. I have never done a post-coital test, but I've heard of them. I saw the RE for miscarriage issues--so he concentrated on progesterone and antibody issues. Hey, who cares if the test is embarrassing--it's just great that he's doing something. It really sounds likes you all talked about alot and have a good plan. I am glad it gives you alittle more confidence!! Maybe this is just what you and hd needed!! I will keep you in my thoughts!!
