OK today is WI and I am dreading it so much after the last few weeks. My losses

have been dwindling to such low numbers that this week gaining is the only way

left to go on the scale. I have a lot of shopping to do with my

kids.....AGAIN.......lol so I hope I can keep myself sane when we go out to

lunch. Went way under points but I was so tired and hungry last night by time I

got home I was afraid of binging so just had a sandwich and went to bed to avoid

it !! Today is SHD for me so I MAY splurge and use a few of the extra pts today.

1.5 cps barbara Puffins 3.0

1/2 cp 2% milk 1.5

3 sl lite wht brd 2.0

1 LC cheese 1.5

grilled cheese sandwich 3.0

I'm really proud of myself for the choices I made tonight.

As we spent 2 hrs at school open houses then another

2 hrs clothes shopping it was 9:00 before we even thought

about heading home and getting dinner. I knew I had alot of

points left and since I was STARVING I was just going

to get something at BK. Well I just didn't have a taste for

anything on the menu so I got the kids their dinner and

me....?....NOTHING........YAAAYYY ! Came home had a BIG

glass of milk to tie over the hunger until I decided what to have

for dinner.
