Guest guest
I have both seb derm and rosacea for about year and a half. I think that high stress at the time caused them but I could never find what food makes them worse. I thought that I had no food triggers. Then, some time ago I was fasting for about a month and found out that the fast made my skin much better. I particularly find garlic very healing( it is known as a strong natural antibiotics) . It's amaizing how quickly the results of eating the right food appears-the next day. When I eat the soup with the garlic my skin is very smooth, not dry yet not oily, with out any redness or irritation. Of course, when I stopped fasting the first bumps appeared after two days. So, there must be some connection. I' ll try eating garlic on the regular bases to see if it would help again. It does have that awful smell, but when you cook it it's not that bad. I know that the best thing would be to fast on the regular bases, but ... Aleksandra
Guest guest
--- :I believe the same thing. My rosacea didnt come out till an episode in my life that was EXTEMELY STRESSFUL to the point of no sleep, crying and yelling almost everyday. I beleive stress or extreme stress can trigger it off in you and then there is no turning back. I have few food triggers (so far) that I know of and a hormonal one as well. Lucky me! I have constant redness and noticed that when i ate very little on one day, my skin seemed calmer the next. My skin always looks its best in the morning. Still trying to figure out the connection on that one! Prizepoet > I have both seb derm and rosacea for about year and a half.
