Guest guest
, Well I've got 10 years on you, but have had the same frustration... Gee why can't I meet a guy sitting at home?? I'll have to start doing a lot of on-line purchasing so I can check out those delivery men (hmmm, there I go again with those men in uniforms). Seriously though. I found my fireman on AOL love. As it turned out after talking to him on-line for a bit, I knew him. His daughter, and my daughter use to do Pop Warner cheering together, and although I had never talked to him I knew he was an involved parent, with a steady job, etc... This of course made it easier to bridge that gap on talking on-line, to talking on the phone, to meeting in person... There are many on-line services, take a look at matchdoctor.com, it is free, and you can email each other right from the site, so the other person does not get your real email address unless you want to provide it. This is dating in the 21st century, and it does provide you with a lot more options than the bar scene. AOL Love, and Match Doctor are free. There are on-line services that charge a fee, as well as the dating services which charge a fee also. All I can say is be cautious, and truthfull and you may be surprised at the results. Let us know how you make out. Take care, Joni
