Caren's journal Tues 8/13

It is now 10:30( not 3 a.m. like my post suggests!!)-I am posting

before bed since tomorrow is first day of school for the big kids.

Leah is excited about preschool next week-thanks for asking Maureen!

She has no concept of time so the next week will be hard with the big

kids away at school and her at home sulking that she doesnt get to go

yet.:( Open house was fun tonight-she has a nice teacher and a class

size of 16. I will be a free woman Tues/Thurs from 8-10:30a.m.-yay!

OK now for the journal....

Breakfast: coffee w/ cream-1

raspberry smoothie from freshen's at mall-5

Snack- choc graham " ice cream " sandwich-1( the choc graham and ff

coolwhip version of a skinny cow:)

Lunch: salad w/ feta, garlic vinaigrette, croutons-4

Dinner- BLT-4

2 large corn on cob-4

Snack : 1/2 cup ff brownie sundae ice cream-2

TOTAL:21 pts

RANGE: 20-25

EXERCISE: 45 min mall walk

WATER: 100 oz
