Lynn,

You sound like you could use some encouragement girlfriend!

I know you can beat lupus. You know why? Because I've heard of

people beating lupus many times. Some through liver flushes. Some

through falling in love. (yes, that's right!) One of the reviews

from the book I recommended to Lynda, The Gerson Therapy, has a

review that made me think of you when I read it. Maybe you should

get that book too! Read this, and be encouraged!

http://www.amazon.com/Gerson-Therapy-Nutritional-Program-

Illnesses/dp/1575666286/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?

ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1200986430 & sr=8-1

This book is so valuable!!, December 28, 2005

By NuevoMexico " B. " (New Mexico) - See all my reviews

The Gerson Therapy saved my life.

I was diagnosed with SLE ( Lupus), and there was nothing that the

M.D.'s could offer me, except Prednisone...which was urged upon me.

Through the fortunate advice of a friend, I read the Gerson

book...and to make a very long story short, I decided to do the

program.

Let me just say here, in rebuttal to the first reviewer of this book,

that NOWHERE in this book does it suggest that on should JUST do

coffe enemas. Quite the contrary. If one is doing coffee enemas, it

is essential that one ALSO be drinking the juices.

In fact, if one is serious about getting well, it is absolutely

essential that one do the program to the letter- not just some

elements.

I stayed on the Gerson program for two and one half years. Hard? Yes.

But I came out of it healed.

I went into the program so very sick, hair falling out, skin sores,

terrible joint pain, failing kidneys.

That was more than fifteen years ago , now, with no recurrance. And I

neved did take the Prednisone.

I did the Therapy at home, with the Gerson book as my guide. ( The

Gerson staff, in terms of support and more information, were my

telephone angels.)

So, while my experience was not with cancer, I most certainly will

recommend this book to those who suffer from auto-immune disorders,

and also to those those who simply are interested in knowing how

better to preserve and restore health.

LYNN, this will be you someday! Detox girl, detox!!!!!

Lynn and Steph, have you had your potassium checked? Honey, if your Potassium is low, it can cause rapid heartbeat and many other symptoms.

My hands and feet used to go into spasms, and would have to pry them open, this symptom is gone. It takes time for your bodies to heal, so please be patient.

Sending love to you both...Lea

Steph,Pluertic chest pain, muscles pains, rapid heart beats, joint pains (fingers mostly), hyperpigmentation on my face due to sun exposure. Hair loss, but that can be thyroid issues.I am glad to hear your rapid heart beats have subsided! Thanks Patty! I need to get this book ASAP!!

I think I can beat it. I haven't actually been diagnosed w/ Lupus

yet but every new symptom scares the $hit out of me!

The link didn't come through for the actual book. If I search for

Gerson-Therapy on-line, I am sure I could find it??

PS.... I am getting my first too amalgam fillings removed next

Tuesday by a Holistic Dentist from the website you recommended down

in Denver. One tooth had a root canal - it was filled and then

capped with a gold crown. The dentist said those to metals SHOULD

never touch! I have had that crown in for abou 10 years! He is also

removing the filling next to that tooth and replacing. $850 out-of-

pocket and my insurance picks up about $800.

I know it is just a start because I have a mouth full of these toxic

fillings. I wanted to do the liver flush but it warns against it if

you have mercury in your mouth - so I will have to wait.

Lynn,

You can find the book on Amazon.com, and just type in The Gerson

Therapy in the search box. You'll find it.

Congratulations on your new dental work. In the end you are going to

be very happy to be rid of all that stuff that shouldn't be there. I

just think that composite fillings look soooooo much better than the

dark silver/mercury amalgam fillings.

I can't believe that dentists still want to put that junk in our

mouths, with as much emphasis we place on having pretty teeth in our

society. And it costs a little more too, so you'd think they'd be

pushing that on us all the time! I can't figure out why they are so

slow at getting rid of all the stupid mercury! It just doesn't look

good!

You are going to get better girlfriend, never doubt it!

Patty

Hi Lynn, Did you also say that you also had experienced some hair

loss? I have too and I was hoping that it would clear up once I was

on the armour. I started it about a month ago and it's still falling

out! It's so frustrating. Did you hair grow back once you were taking

thyroid meds?

Steph,

I am still lose hair every morning after I get out of the shower,

sometimes more and sometimes less but always some. Not sure if it is

growing back or not but I don't have any bald spots. I have always

had thinner hair though. I am concerned but until I see bald spots I

am hanging in there. I am thinking of cutting it shorter to see if

that helps because I feel like lose a lot due to brushing it and such.

Sorry you are dealing with this, it is not fun.

Love Lynn

Hey CLynn- Haven't you from you in awhile. How are you feeling? I was

going to send you a message through myspace last night, but I forgot!

I hope you are feeling better.

I just wanted to tell you (and Steph too) that I have decided to cut

my hair. It's not an easy decision by any means, but I am actually

excited about it! I've lost so much hair with all of this and I

already had thin hair to begin with. I'm losing less then I was with

implants, but I think I am still losing because it is just too long

right now. I've decided to cut it off and " start over. " I'm hoping I

have regrowth, and by cutting it my re-growth can catch up!

I will post pics on my myspace so you guys can see my new cut! I am

doing it on Feb.2nd.

Love you,

Krista
