Doctor dictates: " His insight and judgment relatively fair. His strengths

include his good __ history, long history of sobriety from polysubstance

abuse, and stable physical condition. His liabilities include a history of

cocaine abuse, lack of structural support. "

Sounds like premorbid. Has anyone heard of this? or could it be something

else?
