Guest guest
This patient has right-sided abdominal pain: 1. He underwent s/l dasitoscan?? or the cytoscan??, abdominal CAT scan, and upper endoscopy. 2. The patient was given a s/l H 2 blockers and s/l ladona alterior. The patient did not get well with that. 3.GENERAL: General appearance and oriented times 3. s/l nothing acute to this?? Sorry that is pretty much what it sounds like... 4. No masses identified. No s/l ascities identified. No hernias identified with this examination. 5. For a heading, is there such a thing as WORKING DIAGNOSIS? That is what is sounds like!! Here is the best MUMBLE of the night!!! 6. By that, I recommended him to undergo his CAT scan evaluation with IV contrast and also s/l phen-o-me-or-in evaluation. I think that may be a definate flag, he just blurbs what ever it is out!! Thanks so much, this board is absolutely awesome!!
