As for the amount of water...if youre current weight is 314 I would say aim for about 160 ounces a day (rounding up from hal fyour body weight in ounces). So using a quart (32 oz) bottle that would be about 5 bottles a day. I know I know it sounds like an awful lot but once you ease it into habit its honestly not that bad and MAN will you be able to FEEL the difference almost IMMEDIATELY!!! So keep on keepin on hon...you can SO TOTALLY DO THIS!! As for the compulsive weighing//getting discouraged over daily fluctuations...all I can say is this........DONT LET THOSE FLIPPING NUMBERS DRIVE YOU!! Kick the scale outta the drivers seat...relagate its use to once a week/once a month and just do what you need to do daily!!! Only 'check in' with that blasted scale when you WANT to ..and dont feel like you NEED to or HAVE to daily Just my thoughts!! HUGS!!
