Hehehe...speaking as an authority on anti-depressants....Paxil is definately

on the list of ''least likely to interfere w/ weight loss'' as is Wellbutrin

and as you have lost an amazing 25 lbs already on it I dont think you have a

thing to worry about...YAY!!! As for the amount of water...if youre current

weight is 314 I would say aim for about 160 ounces a day (rounding up from

hal fyour body weight in ounces). So using a quart (32 oz) bottle that would

be about 5 bottles a day. I know I know it sounds like an awful lot but once

you ease it into habit its honestly not that bad and MAN will you be able to

FEEL the difference almost IMMEDIATELY!!! So keep on keepin on hon...you can

SO TOTALLY DO THIS!! As for the compulsive weighing//getting discouraged over

daily fluctuations...all I can say is this........DONT LET THOSE FLIPPING

NUMBERS DRIVE YOU!! Kick the scale outta the drivers seat...relagate its use

to once a week/once a month and just do what you need to do daily!!! Only

'check in' with that blasted scale when you WANT to ..and dont feel like you

NEED to or HAVE to daily ;) Just my thoughts!!

HUGS!!
