Oooooooh I dont think there is any such animal as a ''mild case'' of apnea...when your sleep is disrupted like that and your ''sleep debt'' chronically builds up it just WEARS YOU OUTTTTTTT!!!! I am so glad you have found a combo of the machine and a sleep aid that is letting you get some ACTUAL sleep..that is great!! And think of how much bettteeeeerrrrr it will be just a FEW lbs from now!!! That is one thing I dont think Drs emphasize enough to people who have a little more weight than 'usual' to lose.....they sometimes make it seem like we have to lose ALL the weight to see a difference in whatever is ailing us and that is SO NOT the case. Your body is a gracious and wonderful thing and will start responding WELL when you have lose even 5-10% of what youre aiming for...it trys to tell you THANK YOU early on to encourage you to continue is what I think Thats just me tho!!!
