Tamra says, "For about three years or so, I've been having some severe neck and back pain." She reveals that it's probably due to the breast implants she received in the 1990s, "when everybody was getting big boobs." Geez, I don't remember that about the '90s. Anyway, she decides that now that she's coming up on 40 years old, she doesn't need them anymore. "I feel like they're way too big for my body," she says. "I'm tired of the comments. I'm tired of the guys staring at my breasts all the time." Tamra consults Dr. Ambe, a plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, and tells him she'd like to go from a 34D to a small C. She and husband Simon decide, along with Dr. Ambe, to have the large implants removed for a small implant replacement, as well as a breast lift. "It's scary," Tamra says. "Where most girls in Orange County are getting bigger boobs, I'm going to be getting smaller boobs. And I worry.
