Guest guest
I have no idea what you should do, but it may be possible that increasing your intake of oils would help. I put flax seed oil on my bread for breakfast and you can use it in salads. I also take primrose oil tablets. Maybe, drinking lots of water would help - if you are not already doing this. Good Luck, Fran - accutane stole all the oil i went on accutane for 6 months, had really oily skin, now its so dry my skin is 24/7 red rough and irritated. My skin isnt producing any oil. Does anyone know if the oil will ever come back, its been 10 months post and im quite concerned. i didnt moisturise enough when i was on it, used the wrong products and may have done damage. Anyone been through anything similar or can offer advice, suggestions? thanks heaps
Guest guest
Would it also be useful to use a topical moisturizing oil, like Dr. Sy's Vita-Oil or a pure jojoba oil? --- Francesca Wong wrote: > I have no idea what you should do, but it may be > possible that increasing > your intake of oils would help.
