Guest guest
I don't remember who gave the way to figure out calorie intake, but I gave it a shot today. Actually I haven't a clue the amount of calories I consumed, but it was alot more then usually so I'm praying that was my problem. (Do you guys even know what I'm talking about- lol They said take your goal weight and multiply it by ten and then add 200. We've been dealing with some issues lately and I feel like I stuff my face when I'm stressed but when I stopped to think about it I realized I don't eat enough, it just seems like alot because eating is so forced when I'm upset, so today I ate, and ate and ate- lol.) So I'm hoping I get my good old metabolism back in gear. I probably over did it though, atleast most of it was healthy. Breakfast- Blueberry toaster waffle with a little bit of butter and tons of sugared strawberries on top. (I never eat the sugared ones, now I see why my kids love them so much-lol) Lunch-Cinnamon and sugar wrap up (Ok Ok, not real healthy, but not completely awful either) Snack-1/4 cup yogurt with pineapple chunks dinner-grilled chicken, red and yellow peppers, onions, a little cheese and salsa wrapped up in a tortilla that wasn't capable of holding nearly as much as I thought it would. Snack-handful of raisin, peanut and mm's mixture. Actually that really isn't an awful quantity, is it!? It felt like so much food after the way I've been eating for a week and a half though. (I had a cancer scare, but found out yesterday all is well. Thank goodness, I couldn't handle thinking about leaving my babies. I haven't even been able to sleep for more then a couple hours per night. But alls good now.) Anyway, I just hope my eating decent again helped and that the scale starts going down again tomorrow else you all are going to personally wittness my breakdown-lol. I need to go paint now, Meaghan
