Anyone posting a feedback also be sure to go to the discussion section on the book and post your thoughts...the more comments, complaints, etc. we put out there the more attention we will bring to the harm this book does for those with food intolerances and to Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance.

I just went back to www.amazon.com to view her most recent ratings. She STILL has 2 1/2 stars! The last 5 entries are for five stars! Please go there and rate this book a one - so her and her publisher that she cannot get away with writing this garbage!

on page 5 of "Talk to the Hand," Lynne Truss writes: " I now can't abide many, many things, and am actually always on the lookout for more things to find completely unacceptable. Whenever I hear of someone being 'gluten intolerant' or 'lactose intolerant', for example, I feel I've been missing out. I want to be gluten intolerant too. I mean, how much longer do we have to put up with that gluten crap?"

Did I miss something? I didn't see the first post I guess. Anyway, just had to pipe up and say I LOVED her first book - "Eats, Shoots and Leaves" and was cracking up at her interview on NPR. I also recently went to a lecture she gave here in SF which was excellent. I haven't read this book yet though. Did you read the first one and then were disappointed by "Talk to the Hand"?
