Just to thank Dave and all the others involved in producing the latest newsletter; Vol. 2 Issue 2. It's the best yet. But we say that every issue which means it gets better and better. I'll have to fight the temptation to steal from it for our July newsletter.

And thanks to you Barb for helping us from the home front.Let me remind everyone to contact Barb for our " Living with PSC" brochure. Every newly diagnosed patient should have one. Please call your GI/HEP office to see if they could use more.Barb, let us know how we can help you to keep distributing these brochures. Is there an area of the country that needs them? LeeGreat job !  I almost felt like I was there.  Ivor – you’re such a stud muffin, you devil you, what a smile!  Joanne, you’re one hot momma! Arne, thanks for taking such great pictures.  What a great line up of speakers.  Lee, what can we say?  You’re a super fundraiser!  Way to go everyone, you’ve made us jealous we couldn’t be there….Thanks to all those who helped raise money for PSC Partners.

Dear Lee, Barb, and Ivor;

Glad that you like the newsletter. No thanks needed. I feel a little

bit like a 'Hobbit' from the 'Shire' (Yorkshire in fact!) who is

part of a 'Fellowship' (PSC Partners) that is on a quest to destroy

a terrible 'Ring' (PSC/IBD). It is a long journey, fraught with many

dangers to our loved ones. Our weapons are not swords, but $ and

words: $ to promote research, and words to support, educate, and

persuade. But I hope that one day we'll find a cure, and cast

PSC/IBD into the 'Depths of Mordor'. I can already feel my feet

growing hair [and I wish my head would do the same]!

For those who could not attend the conference, the 2006 Conference

CD is now available for purchase, see:

http://www.pscpartners.org/CD2006.htm

The CD includes many pictures from the conference kindly provided by

Arne (thanks Arne!), and PowerPoint presentations from many of the

speakers (thank you to all of the speakers!).

I'll be out of town June 2 - 5 ... I'm taking to Bethesda, MD

to start his summer internship at NIH.

Best regards,

Dave
