Guest guest
I haven't tried it yet, but people have suggested to substitute quinoa for oats. Guest guest
Oh my goodness, I though everyone had heard of them. Monster cookies have oatmeal, peanut butter, m & m’s the rest of the basics and some people even put chocolate chips in them. Maybe I’ll try a batch with quinoa flakes and see how they turn out this weekend. Thanks for the suggestion. I used quinoa flakes in a chocolate no-bake cookie and it worked well. I was thinking that soy flakes might work as an oatmeal substitute sometimes too, but haven’t tried it yet. Laurie lbilyeu@...
